Further processing - precision and quality in every step

After production, further processing is a crucial step in optimally preparing components for their final use. We offer a wide range of processes to ensure the highest quality, precision and durability.

Our services include component assembly, in which individual components are joined together to form functional units. Using state-of-the-art processes such as water jet deburring, sandblasting and vibratory grinding, we ensure the clean and precise removal of burrs and residues to improve surface quality.

We also offer laser marking for permanent markings, heat treatment to optimize mechanical properties and various surface treatments to refine and protect components. By deburring and polishing, we achieve a flawless surface and improve the feel and visual appearance of the workpieces.

SUSA S. Sauer GmbH & Co. KG is a medium-sized family business based in Dresden. Since 2018, not only our production but also our administration has been located in Heidenau near Dresden. On a production area of around 14,000 square meters, 190 qualified specialists work with a modern machine park of over 100 systems to ensure the highest quality and precision.

Quality at every stage of production

We guarantee our customers first-class products and absolute precision. Customer requirements guide our actions and our decisions. We do a lot to achieve this:

  • in-process inspections by qualified employees
  • Use of highly developed measuring technology, e.g. 3D measuring machines, contour measuring devices, profile scanners, form measuring machines
  • 100% inspection of high-volume parts for freedom from chips and important dimensions such as length, inner and outer diameter

Our ISO certification ensures the consistently high standard of our quality management. We work in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016. We have been certified in accordance with the environmental standard DIN EN ISO 14001 and the energy standard DIN EN ISO 50001 since 2018.
